SHJ-Double Screw Cone Mixer
Summary
SHJ series twin screw conical mixer is a new type of high efficiency and high precision mixing equipment. The machine adopts a set of motor and cycloidal pin wheel reducer to form revolution and rotation. The principle of combining the rotation motion of long and short mixing screws with the rotation motion of two screws is used to make the materials with large proportion ratio reach the ideal mixing degree, with short mixing time and good effect. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide, feed, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, building materials industry, coating and other industries of various powder mixing.

Working principle
1. Because of the revolution of the double helix, the powder moves in a circle along the cone wall
2. Due to the rotation of the spiral blade, the powder is discharged to the center of the cone for radial movement
3. The powder flows upward from the cone and is discharged from the surface of the outer circumference of the spiral, i.e. mixed in the direction of the spiral axis
4. Because of the combination of revolution and rotation of the screw in the mixer, the four flow forms of the powder, namely, the compound motion of convection, shear, diffusion and infiltration, are created. Therefore, the powder material can be quickly and evenly mixed in the mixer.
